📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef and Line Cooks in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and restock kitchen supplies as needed.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
