📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Work with engineers and technicians to maintain and upgrade equipment, implementing best practices.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
• Manage and optimize energy and water usage in manufacturing facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of facility and engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility and engineering management in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant industry certifications.
• Proficiency in facility management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
