Smart Net Berjaya is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management. You will work closely with our drivers and other team members to ensure that our vehicles are always in top condition and that our delivery schedules are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.Ensure that all vehicles are in top condition and that all safety regulations are followed.Manage the delivery schedules and ensure that all orders are delivered on time.Work closely with drivers to ensure that they are aware of their routes and responsibilities.Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns.Ensure that all paperwork, including vehicle logs and maintenance records, is up-to-date and accurate.Attend to any issues or concerns raised by drivers or other team members.Provide regular reports to management on the status of the fleet and any issues that need to be addressed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Fluency in Indonesian is required.🛠️ Keahlian
