Depot Adi Bakery is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained, our drivers are safe and efficient, and our deliveries are on time and accurate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and inspections.,Ensure that all drivers are properly trained, certified, and follow safety protocols.,Monitor and track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers, delivery personnel, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving company vehicles.,Work with vendors and service providers to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and repaired.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
