Rising Tide Digital is seeking a dynamic IT Project Coordinator (Account Manager) to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless project execution, and fostering strong client relationships. Located in the vibrant areas of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with technical teams and business units to drive success.

As an IT Project Coordinator (Account Manager), you will be responsible for managing IT projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in client relationship management, building and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with technical teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to track and manage projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and translate them into project requirements.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role within the IT industry.
Proven experience in managing IT projects using tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
