📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.,Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and expansion.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.,Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.,Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
