📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.,Maintain and update technical documentation and drawings.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project leadership.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).,Experience with project management tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
