📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient counseling.
  • Prepare and organize pharmacy inventory, including stocking and restocking medications.
  • Assist in the preparation of compounded medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
  • Process insurance claims and patient payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using pharmacy management software.
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processing systems.
  • Valid Indonesian pharmacy license or certification.
