📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical advice to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other disciplines.,Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and other relevant calculations to ensure the structural integrity of designs.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all aspects of the work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong background in mechanical design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.,Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
