📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management.,Create and present reports and dashboards to visualize HR data and communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Implement and monitor HR analytics tools and technologies to improve HR processes.,Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HRIS systems and analytics tools.,Stay updated with the latest HR analytics trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Analytics or HRIS roles.,Proven experience in analyzing HR data and providing insights to support business decisions.,Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and experience in implementing and maintaining them.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
