Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.Promote and maintain a positive store image and customer experience.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.Strong leadership and communication skills.Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.🛠️ Keahlian
