📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs
  • Assess and evaluate the performance of staff
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teaching or training role
  • Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Valid teaching certificate or equivalent
