📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
• Collaborate with the Store Head and other department heads to develop and execute store strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain store standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry trends and best practices.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
