📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Support the implementation of team goals and objectives.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to the Team Leader.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the Team Leader.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) is a plus.
