📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
• Source, attract, and recruit top talent using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Lead and mentor junior recruitment staff to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
