📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the delivery fleet to ensure timely and efficient service.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Monitor and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve service quality.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to deliveries.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
