📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assist with table setup and cleanup to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and dining options.
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote our restaurant and its offerings to guests and potential customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
