Food Mart Ekspansindo is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HR information systems is a plus,Certification in HR management is a plus
