Sentral Gita Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for maintaining high standards of service. This is a hybrid role, combining office work with field responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and drivers.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications and safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of drivers and other personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
