📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest invitations, and event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served according to the event schedule.,Assist in cleaning and preparing banquet venues for the next event after the event concludes.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and event feedback.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and banquet etiquette.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
