📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, reordering, and reporting.Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.Assist in the development and maintenance of supply chain processes and procedures.Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Prepare and analyze reports on supply chain performance and inventory levels.Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain.Provide support in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain or logistics role (preferred but not required for recent graduates).Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.🛠️ Keahlian
