Your daily tasks will include preparing and processing specimens, performing routine laboratory tests, and maintaining accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and analyze patient specimens using advanced laboratory equipment such as automated analyzers, microscopes, and blood gas analyzers.
• Perform routine laboratory tests including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and test results.
• Assist medical technologists in quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate test results.
• Support the laboratory manager in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a medical laboratory or related field.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory software such as LabSoft, Labware, or similar systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
