📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement promotional activities to drive revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide constructive feedback.,Manage and maintain store facilities, ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
