📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from start to finish.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
