Max Mart Indonesia is looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. We are a growing retail company and we are looking for someone who can help us find the best talent to support our business growth.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within our company. You will also be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining and updating the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Providing recruitment-related reports and data to support business decisions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
