Seed Pearl Nusantara is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Counter to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming shopping experience.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stock and organize products on the sales counter.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with basic computer and cash register systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.
