📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting processes for our US clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices to improve our services.,Ensure all financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with US accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
