PT Sakti Pancaran is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive store environment.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
