📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Ensure accurate financial records and reports,Provide excellent customer service and support,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Maintain a clean and organized cash handling area,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Proven experience in managing cash transactions and financial records,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Valid ID and clean criminal record
