📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized care and support to elderly community members, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.,Organize and facilitate wellness activities, such as exercise programs, educational workshops, and social events, to promote overall health and engagement.,Assist in the development and implementation of community care programs and initiatives.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for the elderly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Promote a safe and inclusive environment for the elderly, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.,Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly community members, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in community care, elderly care, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian culture, customs, and community dynamics in Bali.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits and events.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus but not mandatory.
