📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution routes and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the distribution process.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the distribution team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and ensure product availability.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce costs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of improving distribution efficiency and reducing costs.
