PT Maritim Eka is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet operations, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles. This is a crucial position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in fleet management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and other operational data.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Manage and optimize the company's fuel consumption and cost.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Proven ability to manage and monitor multiple vehicles simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
