📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.,Manage and mentor a team of site workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.,Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies on health, safety, and environmental protection.,Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety inspections, and incident logs.,Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the construction meets the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site coordination or site engineering roles in the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Bali or similar tropical environments.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
