📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of system issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to minimize downtime and maximize system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate building systems with airport operations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the implementation of new building technologies.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to enhance sustainability.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in building systems management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in building systems management or related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using building management systems (BMS) software such as Johnson Controls, Siemens Building Technologies, or Honeywell Building Solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
