• Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to build strong relationships and address any concerns.
• Utilize Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage client data, track performance, and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Monitor client feedback and implement necessary adjustments to our service offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in client account management, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
• Proven track record of success in growing and retaining high-value client accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and QuickBooks, or willingness to learn these tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in client account management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
