📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prospect and acquire new merchants for EDC sales.
• Conduct market research to identify potential merchant opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their success.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to improve their EDC usage.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive EDC sales growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EDC sales and merchant success.
• Report on merchant acquisition and retention metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of acquiring and retaining merchants in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
