📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop personalized development plans.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and culture-building.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs.
