📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage annual budgets for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reporting to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement cost control measures and policies to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Stay updated on industry cost trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide financial support to the procurement team in negotiating contracts and managing supplier costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and report preparation.
• Certification in Cost Management or Financial Analysis is a plus.
