📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Manage and train a team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Create and execute a menu that reflects the finest local and international flavors, while also considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Manage inventory, including purchasing, storage, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for menu improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the property at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay current with trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record of success in a luxury boutique setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and guests.
• In-depth knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with hospitality software, such as POS systems, inventory management software, and guest management systems.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as ServSafe or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
