📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging, play-based activities to support the physical, cognitive, and social development of babies and toddlers.
• Assist the lead teacher in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor and document each child's progress and development using tools like Bloominghaus' proprietary tracking system.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and the Baby Gym.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a play-based or movement-focused setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid and Child Protection.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with babies and toddlers.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
