📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain fixed plant processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and process performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed plant process maintenance or similar roles in the mining and natural resources industry.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
- Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
