📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of ML engineers in the development and deployment of AI technologies for our conversation platform.
  • Define and implement machine learning strategies to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of our AI models.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and drive innovation within the team.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior ML engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality and scalability of our AI solutions.
  • Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and management.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience with deploying and scaling machine learning models in production environments.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of ML engineers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • 🛠️ Keahlian

    <h3>Keahlian:</h3><li>PythonTensorFlowPyTorchor similar machine learning frameworks.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWSGCPor Azure.</li><li>Knowledge of NLP and conversational AI technologies.</li><li>Understanding of data pipelines and feature engineering.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing and model evaluation.</li><li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
